We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to join our growing finance team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys hands‑on accounting work while gaining exposure to financial reporting, analysis, and business operations. You will play an important role in ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the company’s financial health and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain accurate accounting records and daily finance operations
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing
• Perform bank reconciliations and month‑end closing activities
• Prepare management reports and assist in financial analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations
• Assist with SST, tax submissions, and audit schedules
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and external parties when required
• Support ad‑hoc finance and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
