About the role

We are seeking someone who has experience in property developers' finance department to check past data and especially future cash flow estimation with negotiation with bankers to join our dynamic team at Ohako Holding Sdn Bhd, located in Puchong, which is 5 minutes away from IOI mall. You will play a crucial role in analyzing past and future of the financial operations. This is a full‑time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and analyzing the financial data of our past development, i.e. Residensi Ohako Puchong, to tidy up the dividend and accumulated profit for audit exercise. The GDV was RM400 million. Our transaction was big and about three companies were involved, so it is a challenging task. That is the reason we are hiring although the current transaction is not much.

Preparing future cashflow for the upcoming Ohako high‑rise apartments project to provide valuable insights to the management team and negotiate for loan. We have purchased the land and it is now in drawing submission stage. The GDV is about RM270 million, the investment is RM50 million with target ROI of 50% to 100%. We have to confirm your hiring ASAP and we target to hire the full finance team about 6 months later to prepare for projects.

Preparing future cash flow for a new shop development project with 35 to 55 units of shoplots. The GDV is about RM50 mil to RM100 mil, the investment is about RM10 mil to RM20 mil with target ROI of 50% to 100%.

Collaborating with other department heads to provide financial guidance and support for strategic decision‑making. The head of finance shall cooperate with the head of land purchase and sales department.

What we’re looking for

We would be pleased to see if you have the qualification as follows:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in medium to small‑sized property development companies.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. We expect a hands‑on working attitude.
