  2. Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Handle custom data requests for BD and KOL partners; adapt system queries to match campaign needs.
    • Analyze campaign performance, trading behavior, and partner contributions to provide actionable insights.
    • Compile periodic reports for revenue impact, user acquisition, and BD effectiveness.

    • Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Tech to support deal execution, documentation review, and internal approvals.
    • Draft and manage legal documents such as SAFTs, ensuring review cycles and audit readiness.
    • Identify process gaps in BD ops and recommend scalable, audit-aligned improvements.
  4. Financial & Vendor Support
    • Oversee procurement workflows, employee reimbursements, and payment requests, ensuring alignment with internal policies.
    • Maintain clean documentation trails for audit and compliance purposes.
    • Work with external accounting providers to ensure timely reporting, payroll submissions, and accurate recordkeeping.
  5. Marketing & Survey Operations
    • Support campaign planning with segmented data collection for surveys or outreach.
    • Assist with email automation, KOL collaboration processes, and cross-functional campaign support.
  6. Institutional Onboarding & Compliance

    • Ensure operational setup aligns with internal governance and external regulatory needs.

  • Bonus: exposure to Web3, fintech, or trading platforms.
Key Skills
  • Structured thinker with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficient in Excel; comfort with data systems, internal tools, or dashboards
