📌 Responsibilities

Accounting & Compliance

  • Manage bookkeeping and ensure accurate daily financial records.
  • Handle AR/AP, payroll entries, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS and local tax regulations.
  • Support audit preparation and coordinate with auditors.
  • Preparing and managing daily, monthly, and annual financial reports for projects as required

Finance & Strategy

  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs.
  • Analyze variances and provide insights to management.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
  • Oversee treasury operations: banking, payments, FX management.
  • Handling payment processes and ensuring timely disbursements
  • Creating and managing invoices (daily, monthly, annually)
📌 Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred for manager-level).
  • 3–7 years of experience in finance & accounting roles (for mid-level).
  • Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and tax compliance.
  • Skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle, Xero, Jurnal, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
