Job summary

A leading IT consultancy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Test Manager with over 8 years of experience in SAP testing. The role involves managing the entire testing process, from planning to execution, for large SAP transformations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP modules related to General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and more. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and banking domain experience is preferred. This opportunity is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of testing experience, particularly in SAP.
• Experience in SAP standardization from 4.5B to ECC 6.0.
• Functional expertise in SAP modules: GL, AR, AP, AA, MM, CO, FM.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end testing delivery for SAP projects.
• Create testing strategies and plans, and manage execution.
• Support post go-live activities as needed.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of strong testing experience in handling large SAP transformations
• Responsible for the end to end delivery of the testing scope for the SAP Implementation project.
• Should be having experience of testing of the SAP standardization project from SAP 4.5B module to Group SAP ECC 6.0
• Knowledge of methodologies (Scrum, Agile etc) would be preferred
• The incumbent should be functional expert into SAP modules related to GL as well as AR, AP, AA and MM, CO and FM.
• The Test Manager should be able to understand the RICEFW requirements, identify non-functional requirements, create a test strategy/plan, manage the team to design the test cases, execute the test cases and ensure complete coverage. The role holder should also be able to support the program in post go-live support, as needed
• The role holder should be able to estimate for SAP testing, based on the functionalities.
• The Test Manager should create a roadmap for the testing activities, liaise with the customer stakeholders and ensure to get the acceptances of the testing deliverables with the client
• The Test Manager should be able to manage the cost, time, quality, risk, scope and resources. The role holder should also Review and publish Test metrics
• Banking domain experience is preferable
