  • Create design sketches, tech packs, and specifications to guide sample and bulk production.
  • Select suitable fabrics, trims, and colors according to brand standards, functionality, and safety requirements.

  • Assist in solving production‑related issues (fabric shortage, spec variation, workmanship defects) with suppliers.
  • Prepare and review tech packs, workmanship specifications, and measurement charts to ensure accuracy for bulk production.
  • Coordinate fitting sessions, record comments, and follow up with suppliers for corrections until approval.
  • Check and verify product costings (fabric consumption, trims, labor, overhead) to ensure target GP% and price positioning.
  • Monitor fabric/trims sourcing, lab dips, strike‑offs, and bulk approval process to meet production requirements.
  • Work closely with the QC team to ensure products meet FIFFY babywear quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate merchandising documentation (purchase requisitions, supplier quotations, costing sheets, approval records).
