Overseeing and directing all manufacturing activities to meet production targets and quality standards

Monitoring and analysing production data to identify areas for improvement

Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment for all employees

Coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products

Leading and motivating a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators

Reporting on factory performance and providing recommendations to senior management
