Job description

ISO 14001 & 45001 facilitator, Document Controller for HSE, Internal audits and compliance audits and Reporting, HSE Regulatory compliance, Risk Management, RA & EAI portfolio, Local Authorities Facilitator, Permitting and Licensing, Continual Safety Improvement for both system and operational

Facility Portfolio:

Prepare and identify the RM program per MTTF & MTBF list, Validation program for infrastructures, Software administrator for AutoCAD & etc

THE TASK

HSE Management

To implement and execute the HSE strategy and program determine by site management, support the compliance activity to ensure business activity adhere with statutory requirements.

Manage the ISO 45001 & 14001 management system implementations, organize audits program and activity to help company meet the standard requirement.

Responsible for the HSE & Security documentations, to ensure proper filing and records keeping met local statutory requirements (OSHA, EQA, Fire Service Acts)

Ensure the building and system meets all the safety regulations and the running and administration of the basic facilities meet the national and local laws and safety requirements

Make the emergency pre-plan for company building and public facilities; provide relevant regulations and precaution for the necessary training to the users

To prepare accurate budget forecast planning and implement continual improvement plan for both Facility (RM) and HSE

To drive continual safety improvement to enhance the work environment safety readiness, compliance resolutions correspond to HSE scope.

To prepare monthly reports which provide overview of HSE & Security progress and overall implementation status to manager.

To meet Department goals, objectives, and the required tasks.

Required to hold competency of SHO and CEPSWAM

Facility Management (Reactive Maintenance)

To plan and execute plant utility equipment and system reactive maintenance projects

To drive improvement on the utility system to ensure zero interruption to operation.

To manage the full security system to ensure zero incident.

Analyse facility products or equipment specifications and performance requirements to determine designs which can be produced by existing manufacturing or processing facilities and methods. (Under reactive maintenance scope)

Analyse engineering proposals, process requirements and related technical data pertaining to industrial facilities machinery and equipment design.

Ensure implementation, adherence and participation in Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures by applying to areas of responsibility.

Continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.

Other tasks assigned by the superior.

THE PEOPLE

Posses Diploma In Mechanical/Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering

2-3 Years experience in related field

Proficient in Microsoft office, AutoCAD & Power Point Presentation

Good interpretation on the HSE legislative implementations.
