Qualifications

Job Description

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, utilities, and facilities.

Monitor and maintain utilities (power, water, compressed air, drainage).

Respond to breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.

Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.

Follow safe work practices including LOTO and permit-to-work systems.

Maintain good housekeeping and support environmental controls.

Assist in supervising contractors and ensure work meets safety standards.

Conduct inspections, maintain records, and support audits.

Support improvement and energy-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or related technical field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a manufacturingenvironment.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, civil works, and building maintenance.

Familiar with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

This position is based in Pasir Gudang.
