Responsibilities

  • Managing, organizing and supervising staff and sub‑contractors in day to day duties.
  • Ensure that Preventive Maintenance Schedule is carried out as per PM Schedule.
  • Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for facilities management.
  • Oversee and manage all planned Corrective Maintenance works.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance budget for top management approval.
  • Prepare and be responsible for monthly interim payment claims.
