About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced F&B Manager to join our team at Melloe Wellness (M) Sdn Bhd in Melaka. As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in the success and growth of our company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by leading and motivating a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our F&B offerings and drive revenue.
  • Manage food and beverage costs to maintain profitability targets.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favourable terms and secure the best‑quality products.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications
