A leading manufacturer in plastics seeks a Sales Manager to manage sales performance in the international market. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and executing sales activities effectively. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of international sales experience, preferably in plastics, and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with clients.
Manage overall sales performance and achieve sales target for international market.
Identify new business opportunities abroad.
Plan and execute sales activities based on customer needs.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new customers.
Ensure sales and marketing activities are carried out within the budget, volume, sales, and the given time scales.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and economic conditions for strategic planning.
Manage all communication with manufacturing and technical departments for new product development.
Constantly review distributor's performance.
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of international sales experience, preferably in plastics, packaging, or a related industry.
Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field.
Strong budget management, target setting, and costing skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with good communication and writing skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and develop new client relationships.
Able to work cross departments and communicate effectively and get the joint agreement when there is misalignment.
