The Supply Chain Executive supports end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, supplier coordination, and compliance with company standards. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and a willingness to work collaboratively to support business operations within the Intrix Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor customer orders from confirmation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
- Track shipment status and proactively resolve delivery delays or order discrepancies.
- Support continuous improvement of fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and update systems to ensure real‑time stock accuracy.
- Perform routine stock checks, cycle counts, and basic audits to identify variances.
- Investigate discrepancies and support corrective actions in line with SOPs.
- Ensure proper inventory documentation and traceability.
- Liaise with suppliers on order status, lead times, deliveries, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and supporting procurement planning activities.
- Maintain up‑to‑date supplier records and follow up on outstanding deliveries or documentation.
- Support sourcing activities and supplier performance monitoring as required.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records to support audits, reporting, and compliance reviews.
- Follow best practices for safety, quality, and operational governance.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Participate in team meetings, share updates, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements
- SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a demand and supply related role (experience in Fulfilment and International shipping is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of inventory control, shipping, procurement and compliance practices.
