We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Media Campaign Coordinator to support the execution of in-store and digital retail media campaigns. This role ensures smooth delivery of campaigns by tracking production timelines, maintaining assets, and assisting with reporting and documentation.

  • Coordinate and track the production schedules and delivery timelines for in-store and digital media campaigns.
  • Maintain and update campaign asset libraries, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.
  • Support reporting activities, including campaign performance and post-campaign documentation.
  • Assist the team in preparing campaign briefs, internal reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative and campaign support tasks as required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in media, marketing, or campaign coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital and in-store media campaigns is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
