Job summary

A leading property management firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential properties and foster positive resident relations. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Property Management or a related field, possess at least 2 years of experience in the property management sector, and have solid knowledge of local property laws. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing resident needs efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in high-rise residential buildings.
  • Strong understanding of local property laws and regulations including Strata Act.
  • Experience in Tribunal cases is a plus.

Property Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including security, maintenance, and cleanliness.

Coordinate with various service providers to ensure the timely completion of maintenance and repair work.

Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.

Resident Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Organize and participate in community events to foster a sense of belonging among residents.

Assist in budget preparation and financial planning for assigned properties.

Monitor and control property-related expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure that all properties comply with local regulations and safety standards.

Implement and enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a secure and harmonious living environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
