Responsibilities

  • Prepare Annual Review Packs, including summary tables.
  • Upload Annual Review Packs into Dynamics and update when necessary.
  • Respond to all emails in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update review pack templates and checklists.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare Annual Review Packs, including the summary table

  • Upload Annual Review Packs into Dynamics and update policy information when necessary

  • Download Premium Notice and upload into Dynamics

  • Request Annual Statements, CSV Letters, In-force Illustrations upon request from clients/referral partners/Consultants

  • Request and prepare quarterly CSV reports to banks

  • Respond to all emails sent in a timely and accurate manner

  • Maintain and updating of annual review pack templates and checklists

  • Any other ad-hoc task as required by the department

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in the financial industry

  • Experience and knowledge in life insurance will be preferred

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Team player and strong interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently and complete all tasks with minimal supervision or assistance
