A leading insurance broker in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate to assist in preparing Annual Review Packs and updating client policies. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have relevant experience in the financial industry. Strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills are essential. Prepare Annual Review Packs, including the summary table
Upload Annual Review Packs into Dynamics and update policy information when necessary
Download Premium Notice and upload into Dynamics
Request Annual Statements, CSV Letters, In-force Illustrations upon request from clients/referral partners/Consultants
Request and prepare quarterly CSV reports to banks
Respond to all emails sent in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain and updating of annual review pack templates and checklists
Any other ad-hoc task as required by the department
Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in the financial industry
Experience and knowledge in life insurance will be preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Team player and strong interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and complete all tasks with minimal supervision or assistance
