Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor Internal Operation Audit Programme.
  • Assist branch with MOH Audit Programme and other external audits.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly BEMS performance reports.
  • Monitor deduction formula implementation and coordinate improvement plans.
  • Prepare failure analysis and propose corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze internal and external NCRs.
  • Coordinate with Zone Manager and Service Centre Manager for smooth operations.
  • Optimize functions with CSC Manager to improve hospital performance.

Job description
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering/Electronic Engineering from recognized Higher Learning Institution.
  • Four (4) years working experience in biomedical equipment maintenance services.
  • Good organizing, planning and communication skills.
  • Computer literate, good report writing and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate/perform/monitor Internal Operation Audit Programme and prepare Audit Report Summary..
  • Assist branch on any MOH Audit Programme and other external BEMS audit.
  • Collect data and prepare monthly and yearly BEMS performance Report.
  • Monitor the deduction formula implementation and coordinating improvement plan strategies to minimise deductions.
  • Prepare failure analysis and proposing corrective actions to address the root causes of frequent failures.
  • Monitor and analyse internal / external NCR’s to address the root causes and avoid the re-occurrences by adopting effective corrective actions and ensure NCR closed within specific time.
  • Coordination with Zone Manager and Service Centre Manager on all day to day activities in the hospitals for the smooth service provision and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordination with CSC Manager to optimize the functions while improving the hospital performance.
  • Other day to day job related tasks assigned by OM.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior from time to time or as when necessary for the effective realization of the job purpose.
