Job summary

A leading industrial equipment provider in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to oversee the tracking and implementation of Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) activities. You will manage various projects, review and establish operational processes, and facilitate training across outlets. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, especially in project management within the automotive sector, and strong skills in data analysis. Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry or project management.
  • Able to perform data analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to multitask with good time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, track, and implement NRC activities; manage projects and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Review and establish operation processes and SOPs; train stakeholders in new policies.
  • Facilitate 5S activities across outlets; conduct audits and training.
  • Organize and coordinate internal events like National Sales Conference.
  • Support ad hoc projects as directed by management.

Tracking & implementation of Network activities including the setting up of Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) outlets, facilitating showroom maintenance via 5S implementation, and processes & SOPs to enhance branch operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Network activities: NRC planning, tracking & implementation; project management and coordination with all stakeholders, including liaising with vendors.
  • Review existing or establish new branch operation processes & SOPs; coordinate, communicate & compile data during development and implementation of new/existing policies; communication/training to all stakeholders; PDCA for continuous improvement.
  • 5S implementation: facilitate & guide all outlets in conducting 5S activities; conduct training/briefing and showroom audits; status/progress reports.
  • Support crew to organize & coordinate the National Sales Conference and/or other internal events.
  • Ad hoc projects as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry and/or project management.
  • Able to perform data analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Able to multi‑task, with good time‑management skills.
