Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive Housekeeper located at Raia Hotel Kota Kinabalu. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. Responsibilities include managing housekeeping staff, creating schedules, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with hotel quality standards. This role involves maintaining inventory, monitoring laundry operations, and ensuring that each guest receives excellent customer service through a welcoming and clean atmosphere.
