Responsible for handling Student Outstanding and TCS migration

Responsibilities

• Follow up student overdue payment.
• TCS Migration
• Coordination with other departments on issues related to student financial aid and status.
• Taskforce project.
• Response to walk-in, phone and email inquiries regarding student financial aid.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or have a recognized professional qualification in Accountancy.
• Having a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, specializing in customer service and helpdesk is advantage.
• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with team and other business partners throughout the organization.
• Able to think critically and grasp new concepts quickly; and Experience in Account receivable.
• Flexible, organized, and able to work under time constraints and deadlines.
