We are seeking a detail oriented Trade Services Executive to join our Wholesale Credit Operations team. The Trade Services Executive is responsible for the processing of trade transactions to ensure the timely completion of data input and filing of documents. This role reports to the Line Manager and the successful candidate will be based in our Johor Bahru Trade Services Centre, Selangor.

Job Summary

• To process trade transactions via TE2000 (Trade computerized system).
• To check, verify, process, Input and Authorize trade transactions via TE2000.
• To perform balancing, reconciliation, self-audit, housekeeping of reports and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Check, Verify, Process, Input and Authorize trade transactions in TE2000.
• Check, Examination of trade documents.
• Ensure accuracy of data input and registration of trade transactions.
• Ensure financing of trade transactions is in line with customer’s nature of business.
• Liaise with HL Markets and customer regarding exchange rates/BA rates/ECOF.
• To perform data input and scanning of documents into Trade Workflow System.
• Tracking payments of outstanding bills.
• Carry out any duties as may be assigned by Head – TSC or team leader from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate with at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Possess knowledge of trade operations will be an added advantage.
