Job summary

A retail management company in Putrajaya is seeking an Accounting professional. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting and an ACCA certificate, with at least 1 year of experience in financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing management accounts, financial statements, and reconciliations, as well as liaising with auditors. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.   • Assist and handle in preparation of full set of monthly management accounts.
  • Prepare reconciliation on total E‑Invoice validation in IRBM against total revenue.
  • Prepare draft Financial Statements and company taxation computation.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and AP/AR aging reconciliation.
  • Upload monthly trial balance into Sigma Consol.
  • Maintain liaison with internal and external auditors.
  • Monitor outstanding status of related parties.

Responsibilities
  • Assist and handle in preparation of full set of monthly management accounts and ensure timely submission
  • Prepare reconciliation on total E‑Invoice validation in IRBM against total revenue on a monthly basis
  • Prepare draft Financial Statements and company taxation computation
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and AP/AR aging reconciliation against general ledger
  • Upload monthly trial balance, notes to accounts and other disclosures into Sigma Consol
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliation
  • Maintain liaison with internal and external auditors & prepare audit schedule
  • Prepare reconciliation of related‑party transactions and balances
  • Monitor outstanding status of related parties and perform necessary action to recover outstanding amounts
  • Handle and prepare IOI SHOPZ daily sales and reconciliation
  • Assist and handle in preparation of journal vouchers on a monthly basis
  • Review and post journal vouchers, invoices and official receipts in accounting system
  • Prepare quarterly reports for leisure
  • Update monthly sales for leisure
  • Prepare leisure reconciliation on a monthly basis
  • Finalize SST transactions every two months
  • Assist in preparing the mid‑term and whole financial year budget
  • Execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by superiors or designated persons
  • Perform monitoring of the stock count process
  • Assist in preparing variance analysis and quarterly reporting
  • Assist in preparing self‑billed e‑invoice via the IRBM portal
