A healthcare organization in Malaysia is seeking an Executive - Finance to handle cash and collection reconciliations, customer invoices, and monitor cash flow. The candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The role involves maintaining customer accounts and liaising with auditors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes while responding to customer inquiries regarding credit issues.
Daily cash and other collection reconciliation and perform posting of accounting entries.
Processing of customer invoices includes matching and verifying accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of company cash flow.
Communicate with customers on overdue payments and payment terms.
Responding to customer inquiries related to credit issues.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts.
Prepare all kinds of collection and credit control process and reports in a timely manner.
Liaise with internal, external auditors and internal stakeholders.
Others tasks relevant to credit control/ account receivable assigned by immediate superior.
Assist on ad-hoc assignments as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
