Quill Ipoh Orthopaedic Hospital, an industry-leading company in the healthcare sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive to join our Finance team. In this full-time role, you will be based in our office in Ipoh, Perak.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounting tasks including preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliation, revenue & cost analysis, billing & collection, insurance claims and maintaining accurate accounting records


• Manage monthly cash flow reporting, daily cash flow, internal billing to doctors and doctor fee preparation


• Ensure timely processing of supplier, utility and government payments


• Oversee system backups and ensure timely document sign-offs

What we're looking for

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field


• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position


• Ability to openly and effectively communicate with all associates


• Strong leadership and team management abilities


• Proven experience in a senior finance role with a strong background in financial management and reporting
