We’re looking to add an Executive, Document Control in Bayan Lepas plant.

Responsibilities

• Administer document control process used for generating and updating documents/BOM.
• Control material master and BOM creation/update in SAP.
• Work closely with engineer, buyer and planner to resolve issues arise from ECN/BOM from SAP.
• Manage ECN, FN, DA & Stop Ship document release and ensure compliance to documented procedure. Maintain masterlist updatedness.
• Ensure documents are processed and distributed on timely manner.
• Administer customer triggered change order closure.
• Process owner for Document Control – area auditee, ensure optimal maintenance of document control process.
• Continually monitor and improve Doc Con process effectiveness.
• Aware of environment aspect/impact of activities performed.
• Ensure EC & document control processes are compliance with Quality / Environmental / Safety & Health management system.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned within Document Control.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 1 year or Diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in supervisory level or an equivalent combination of relevant education background, training and / or work experience.
• Possess strong analytical capabilities.
• A team player and able to interact effectively with all levels within the company.
