Responsible for accomplishing all work task targets given by the General Manager.
Responsible for the overall administrative and technical management of the kitchen.
Responsible for the implementation of the development and improvement of the kitchen staff's work competence and responsibilities and the safety and health of employees in various positions.
Responsible for cooperating with the security department to formulate emergency plans for all kinds of safety accidents in the kitchen.
Responsible for organizing security training and practical drills for all kitchen staff.
Responsible for guiding and managing the daily operation of the kitchen and inter-departmental coordination, enforcing work discipline and behavioral standards, and solving problems arising in the work in a timely manner.
Responsible for the quality of kitchen products and the adjustment of varieties and prices.
Responsible for monitoring the gross profit margin of the kitchen.
Responsible for the development of menu cards, special presentation cards, and training programs for special promotional dishes for each period.
Responsible for the analysis of customer complaints and technical improvement program determination.
Responsible for the monthly survey of new raw materials in the market.
Responsible for the approval and signing of subordinates' applications.
