Job summary

A leading regional company in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage customer accounts, achieve sales targets, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering or Business, with 2-3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and strong computer proficiency. This role requires a proactive approach to developing new sales channels and providing service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales/business development experience in lubricants, automotive, chemical or similar industry.
  • Able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
  • Possess own transportation.

1. Academic Qualifications

  • Diploma,Bachelor Degree in Engineering,Business Management,Marketing,Mass Communication or equivalent.

2. Work Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years od sales/business development experience in lubricants,automotive,chemical orsimilar industry.

3. Knowledge

  • Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to work extended hours,including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess own transportation.
  • Able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.

  • Able to work collaboratively with others,presentation skills and fast learner.

  • Follow up after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To provide quality services to customer.Regular seeks out and act upon customer feedback.
  • To be responsible for the business and price negotation with prior approval of the Business Development Manager.
