A financial services firm is seeking a professional to develop and maintain relationships with car dealers, conduct KYC checks, and handle loan disbursement processes. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree and 1-2 years of sales experience. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, alongside good interpersonal skills and computer literacy. • Gather and verify complete customer information, conduct KYC checks, and submit loan applications efficiently.
• Provide excellent after-sales service to both dealers and customers, ensuring a smooth financing process.
• Handle loan disbursement processes in compliance with company policies.
• Actively promote the companys auto financing products and services.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder, with 1-2 years of Sales experience in relatedfield/industry.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Fluent in local dialects is additional advantage.
• Good in interpersonal skill and basic computer literate e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
