EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / PERSONAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a capable, adaptable, and detail oriented Executive Assistant to the Director to support both daily work tasks and personal matters. The ideal candidate must have strong organisational and communication skills, able to multitask efficiently, and work well in a multilingual environment. Fluency in Chinese, English, and Malay is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage documents, filing, drafting, editing, and proofreading emails, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle the Director’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoices, expense claims, and budget tracking.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial documents.
  • Provide translation and interpretation in Chinese, English, and Malay.
  • Support personal tasks including daily arrangements, family related matters, and other personal needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; admin, finance, or language background is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an assistant role, preferably supporting senior management.
  • Excellent proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay (written & spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisation, time management, and multitasking abilities.
