  • Ideation, planning and execution of events
  • Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concept
  • Handling budgeting
  • Sourcing, Liaising and negotiating with vendors
  • Collaborate with Operations team on the execution of events
  • Strong time management and problem solving skills & the ability to work within deadlines
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in event planning and management, communication or project management
  • Exceptional budget management, negotiation and organisational skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels in an organisation and with clients and external vendors
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is compulsory
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and innovative mindset, digitally savvy
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
