Job description

Join the dynamic team at ANT TREE SOLUTIONS' as an ERP Application Consultant in our Kuala Lumpur office. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing expert consulting services to our clients, helping them implement and optimise their business applications for maximum efficiency and productivity.

What you’ll be doing

• Analyse client requirements and pain points to design and implement tailored business application solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to configure, test and deploy applications that meet client needs
• Provide hands‑on training and support to end‑users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
• Continuously monitor and optimise application performance, identifying and resolving any issues
• Document processes, create user guides and training materials to support long‑term system maintenance
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business/systems analyst or application consultant
• Strong technical skills with experience in configuring and customising enterprise‑level business applications
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to understand client requirements and design effective solutions
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and ability to work in an Agile environment
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Knowledge in any ERP solutions (D365FO, Dynamics AX, Acumatica or Accounting software) will be an added advantage
