Job description

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of die attach, wire bonding, seam sealer, and laser marking equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial setup for new production runs and assist in the development of new processes.
  • Perform assembly equipment conversion and major troubleshooting to ensure a smooth production line.
  • Execute machine preventive maintenance jobs and improve equipment capability through continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, senior technicians, production, and quality teams to enhance processes and equipment performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
  • Apply knowledge of semiconductor processes, die attach, and wire bonding equipment to support operations.
  • Utilize basic programming skills to troubleshoot automation equipment.
  • Communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
  • Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and manage changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and multitasking ability.
Qualifications
  • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronic, or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts (day/night).
