Job summary

The candidate will analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues, develop preventive maintenance programs, and manage departmental staff. Provide technical support and on-the-job training to production and maintenance teams.

Manage, supervise, and coordinate department workers to ensure tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Oversee daily equipment operations and ensure efficient and smooth performance.

Plan and execute routine and predictive maintenance activities.

Minimize equipment downtime through effective fault diagnosis and repair.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on equipment upgrades, replacements, or modifications.

Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and operational standards and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in equipment maintenance or engineering support (manufacturing background preferred).

Experience in managing, supervising, or leading a technical or maintenance team.

Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and continuous improvement mindset.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise effectively across departments.

Hands‑on, analytical, and capable of independent problem‑solving.
