Job description

Responsibilities

To troubleshoot equipment related problems including modification if required.

To resolve, follow up and guide technician for troubleshooting equipment and implementation of corrective and effective preventive maintenance.

To guide shift tech in daily activities.

To monitor, analyze and report performance for all equipment.

To participate in RCA, MRB, 8D and all discussion related to equipment issues.

To ensure all production machines are functioning at optimum efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance so as to eliminate downtime.

To ensure spare parts and other facilities sufficient for daily task.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical).

3-5 years of working experience in the related field, solid knowledge of electronics and lots of skills and hands‑on work experience.

Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills up to components level.

Independent, team player, result-oriented and able to work under tight schedule and challenging work condition.

Able to operate Microsoft Office (words, excel, power point & outlook)

Capability to identify problems and resolve them in effective way.

Experience in equipment related activity.

Knowledgeable in electrical and mechanical.

Having good interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa.
