Job Overview

Epsom College in Malaysia seeks to appoint a well-qualified, passionate, and dedicated English Teacher to join a good-humoured, successful, and enthusiastic department. This post will suit someone of energy and intellect who has experience in teaching both the English Language and English Literature. You will teach KS3 and KS4, with the scope to teach KS5 in future years. Experience teaching Edexcel’s iGCSE Language and Literature courses would be advantageous but not essential. As an English Teacher at Epsom College in Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the language and communication skills of our students. You will also be responsible for delivering engaging and stimulating lessons that use rigour, creativity, and independent thinking alongside collaboration to inspire a love of literature.

Responsibilities
  • Teach English Language and English Literature to KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 in future years.
  • Foster language development and support EAL learners to improve language proficiency.
  • Deliver engaging, rigorous, creative lessons that promote independent thinking and collaboration.
