Job description

Responsibilities

• Works with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks.
• Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
• Performs rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.
• Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.
• Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering fields
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic and mechanical equipment
• Proficient in operating electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), and X-ray machines
• Knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, process validation, calibration, and preventive maintenance
• Good communication and teamwork abilitiesWillingness to work in shifts and meet production demands
• Experience with debugging PCBA and test program knowledge is an advantage
