• Review production process by efficient methods and run in lean manufacturing concept.
• Develop and manage engineering department within the overall business plan.
• Mentor and develop personnel within the department.
• Manage engineering team to improve manufacturing process.
• Integrate new or modified equipment and safety requirements.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronic & Electrical or equivalent

Job description

• Develop and manage engineering department within the overall plan of the business.
• Mentor and develop personnel within the department.
• Manage engineering team to continuously improve manufacturing process through the introduction of appropriate process controls.
• Integrate new or modified equipment, tooling, process, procedures, SOP and safety requirements.
