Position Overview

We need a technically‑minded customer service professional who can support our electro‑mechanical products and ensure exceptional customer experiences through bilingual communication.

Daily Duties
  • Handle technical inquiries and provide product support.
  • Coordinate order processing with production and logistics teams.
  • Resolve delivery issues and after‑sales concerns.
  • Collect customer feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Adapt to rotating day/night shift schedules.
Ideal Candidate
  • Diploma in Engineering field or at least 1 year plus of experience in customer service or a call center.
  • Excellent command of both Chinese and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑resolution skills.

Remuneration Package:

Base: RM 3,400 – RM 3,700

Package: Approximately RM 4,300 – RM 6,000
