Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and testing of materials in compliance with various testing frequency and standards.
• Maintain and upkeep laboratory testing equipment.
• Create and maintain proper written records for each activity.
• Plan procedures in advance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Supervise laboratory subordinates, delegate and monitor work appropriately.
• Exercise proper control over tests to maintain result accuracy.
• Monitor the consistency of testing results and prepare an analysis report.
• Propose recommendations for improvement to ensure a higher standard of work.
