We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Embryologist to be part of our Fertility Centre team, delivering exceptional care and advancing reproductive health.

Job Descriptions
  • Perform core ART laboratory procedures, including andrology and embryology tasks, in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate strong operational knowledge of IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, oocyte handling, semen analysis, and related lab procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to support safe, accurate, and efficient laboratory operations.
  • Identify potential risks within the IVF laboratory environment and execute appropriate corrective or preventive actions.
  • Ensure proper documentation, labeling, traceability, and compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment by performing routine checks, calibrations, and troubleshooting where necessary.
  • Assist senior embryologists/lead embryologist with complex cases, lab inquiries, and protocol improvements.
  • Present IVF‑related topics for CME sessions and actively keep technical knowledge up to date.
Qualifications
  • BSc in Biosciences or related field.
  • Valid Annual Practicing Certificate and registration with the Allied Health Profession (Clinical Scientist – Embryologist).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an IVF laboratory environment.
