• Set up, operate, and adjust Machining or Electrical or Mechanical and Hydraulic equipment to ensure stable and efficient production performance. Any one of the experiences will suffice.
• Participate in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Provide technical support to ensure smooth and efficient completion of setup and adjustment tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field. (Extensive manufacturing experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.)
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in Machining or Electrical or Mechanical and Hydraulic equipment setup, with the ability to work independently. Any one of the experiences will suffice.
• Solid knowledge of equipment operation and troubleshooting, capable of resolving technical issues independently.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment, with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Able to accept a 6-month training at the headquarters in China; this position is targeted for production foreman or supervisor roles.
