About the job

Our client is a Malaysia-based technology company specializing in data center infrastructure solutions, including UPS systems, power converters, and micro data centers that ensure stable power supply and efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability and efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor production processes to meet quality, cost, and productivity targets.
  • Troubleshoot design or process issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and represent their needs in the field.
  • Conduct experiments and tests to optimize process parameters and equipment performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to production personnel.
  • Oversee project quality control, including budget, schedule, and team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, regulations, and company standards.
Requirements
