We are currently looking for a EHS Manager for a leading player in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 60 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

  • Based in KL
  • Reporting to: Senior EHS Manager
  • Drive implementation of the group’s EHS policy and management system to standardize practices and improve EHS performance across subsidiaries.
  • Support subsidiaries in achieving zero-accident goals and ensure timely communication of incidents and disaster information across the organization.
  • Establish and maintain a regional EHS audit framework to monitor compliance and prevent violations in SEA.
  • Strengthen EHS collaboration and knowledge sharing through forums and targeted initiatives at each subsidiary.
  • Develop and train local staff at the team to enhance regional EHS capabilities and ownership.
  • Execute additional EHS-related responsibilities as required to support organizational objectives.
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in EHS departments within manufacturing, with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Solid knowledge of machine safety, chemical management, workplace environment management, and ISO management systems (ISO 14001/45001).
