Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students by handling enquiries across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, WeChat, live chat, and phone calls.
• Follow up with leads promptly and consistently to nurture interest and guide them through the enrolment journey.
• Understand student needs and recommend the most suitable English language programmes.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships with prospects through clear, professional, and supportive communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless student onboarding.
• Achieve monthly enrolment and sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the centre.
• Stay updated on ELS programmes, promotions, and policies to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Represent ELS at education fairs, school visits, and online events when required.
