Job summary

A leading E-Commerce services provider in Johor is looking for an E-Commerce Support Executive/Assistant to manage the back-end E-Commerce cycle. Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Support Executive/Assistant to join our dynamic team at Aspial Lifestyle Business Services Sdn. Bhd. in Bukit Indah, Johor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing E-Commerce support for all Aspial Lifestyle business brands (Maxi-Cash, Goldheart & Lee Hwa). The role manages the back-end E-Commerce cycle from data management, campaign management to order processing & fulfilment.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintenance of E-Commerce database (pricing, description, specification, images).
  • Inventory management such as check to verify available inventory, top up/replenishment through uploading, removal & replacement of items that have been sold out.
  • Prepare campaign launches & activations through new product images/inventory for uploading, price changes.
  • Assist in Live sale preparation & after-sale event/campaign summary report.
  • Monitor stores arrangement for online orders.
  • Manage timelines in terms of E-Commerce site/product readiness in preparation for brand activities. (Market Place campaigns and In-house website tactical promotions/activations).
  • Good understanding of E-Commerce process flow and customer expectations.
  • Prepare and upload of images, descriptions, price and other product details for all launches in addition to monthly activations.
  • Order fulfilment support, to allocate orders to various outlets with available inventory to support fulfilment.
  • Other backend supports roles.
  • Rotating support marketplace online chatting after normal working hour.
  • Monitoring retail gold price and keep update the selling price in every platform.
  • Planning and implement online Brands awareness campaign with other marketing activities.
  • Ensure all products are uploaded and sync with full descriptions within the given time frame.
  • Image re-size required for marketplace platform.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.
What we're looking for
  • SPM / Diploma or relevant certification in E-Commerce, Business Administrative, or any other related majors are preferred.
  • Preferable with 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in using E-Commerce platforms and office productivity tools.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) will be an advantage.
  • 5 working days, rest and off day might falls on weekday during online shopping campaign day.
  • Occasion overtime is required to clear urgent orders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptable and able to work well in a fast-paced environment and work under guidance.
