Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Support Executive/Assistant to join our dynamic team at Aspial Lifestyle Business Services Sdn Bhd in Bukit Indah, Johor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing E-Commerce support for all Aspial Lifestyle business brands (Maxi-Cash, Goldheart & Lee Hwa). The role manages the back-end E-Commerce cycle from data management, campaign management to order processing & fulfilment.
Responsibilities
- Database Management: Maintain and update the e-commerce database, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, specifications, and images for all products.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, replenish stock, verify & update product availability across all platforms.
- Campaign Execution: Prepare and launch E-Commerce campaigns, including uploading new product images, updating pricing, coordinating live sale events & after-sale event/campaign summary report.
- Order Processing: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from processing to allocation and delivery support.
- Platform Management: Ensure timely updates and readiness of E-Commerce sites for brand activities and promotions (Marketplace campaigns and In-house website tactical promotions/activations).
- Customer Support: Participate in rotating shifts for marketplace online chat support to enhance customer experience.
- Price Monitoring: Keep track of retail gold prices and update selling prices across all platforms accordingly.
- Brand Awareness: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement online brand awareness campaigns.
- Content Management: Ensure all product listings are complete with accurate descriptions and properly sized images for various marketplaces in given time frame.
- Inventory Management: Prepare and upload of images, descriptions, prices, and other product details for all launches in addition to monthly activations.
- Order Support: Order fulfillment support, to allocate orders to various outlets with available inventory to support fulfillment.
- Other backend support roles.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: SPM / Diploma, or relevant certification in E-Commerce, Business Administration, or any other related fields are preferred.
- Working Experience: Preferable with 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using E-Commerce platforms and office productivity tools is essential for success in this position.
- Language Abilities: Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) is advantageous for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a 5-day week with occasional rest days falling on weekdays during online shopping campaigns. Willingness to work during weekends/peak season and occasional overtime during peak periods or urgent orders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under guidance to meet the dynamic needs of the e-commerce industry.
