Responsibilities

• Assist with product listings across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok stores.
• Perform basic photo and video editing for product visuals.
• Update and maintain purchase order records.
• Check and verify platform charges to avoid overcharges.
• Monitor monthly sales reports for inventory planning.
• Conduct basic market research on competitors and pricing.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team.
• Assist with warehouse tasks during peak periods.
• Manage customer service inquiries on e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product listings (descriptions, images, videos, and updates) across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok stores.
• Perform basic photo and video editing for product visuals.
• Update and maintain purchase order records, including parcel tracking, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines to support procurement operations.
• Check and verify platform charges (shipping fees, vouchers, etc.) to avoid overcharges.
• Monitor and compile monthly sales reports for inventory planning and restocking decisions.
• Conduct basic market research on competitors, pricing, and top-selling products to support procurement and product positioning strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team and company director, including ad-hoc tasks.
• Assist with warehouse tasks (picking, packing, arranging stock) during peak periods when necessary.
• Manage customer service inquiries on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok by responding promptly and accurately.
