Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of Alpro One Click’s e-commerce roadmap, driving growth to achieve Top 10 health platform ranking in Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Oversee daily platform operations including third-party seller onboarding, product listing optimization, and pricing strategies.
  • Plan and manage platform-wide campaigns and paid media (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) to achieve targeted ROAS and conversion.
  • Collaborate with branding, content, and IT teams to implement features such as subscription refills, AI-driven tools, and seller microsites.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (GMV, traffic, conversion, basket size, subscriber growth), and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Drive SEO, SEM, and UX optimization, including A/B testing and conversion path improvements.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Trade teams to ensure stock visibility, fulfillment accuracy, and smooth online-to-offline integration.
  • Enhance customer engagement through WhatsApp Circle, Alpro App, and TikTok Live commerce to ensure seamless customer journeys.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Shopify management, SEO/SEM, and paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with proven ability to interpret data and translate into growth strategies.
  • Excellent project coordination and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, IT, operations, and product teams.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for cross-border collaboration.
  • Experience in online marketplace operations, seller onboarding, or cross-border e-commerce is a strong plus.
