We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales platforms. The role involves handling product listings, monitoring sales performance, executing digital campaigns, and ensuring smooth daily operations of our e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online product listings (descriptions, pricing, images, stock updates) across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website, etc.).
- Monitor sales performance, customer reviews, and competitor activity to improve results.
- Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and discount strategies to drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop digital content and optimize online visibility.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and suggest strategies for growth.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of orders in coordination with warehouse/logistics.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong interest may apply).
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media ads is a plus).
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have (Optional)
- Experience in graphic design or content creation (Photoshop, Canva, video editing).
- Knowledge of paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
