Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact point between the company and TSPs.
  • Maintain awareness of brand inventory levels across all warehouses.
  • Ensure accurate stock sync and timely updates to prevent overselling.
  • Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and prepare reports.
  • Communicate with platform account managers for support and compliance.

Job description
Coordination with Third-Party Service Providers (TSP).

Act as the main contact point between the company and TSPs handling content creation and store management.

Review and verify all product listings, descriptions, images, and campaigns provided by TSP.

Ensure TSP deliverables meet brand guidelines, accuracy, and timelines.

Monitor TSP performance and follow up on pending tasks.

Inventory Awareness & Stock Management.

Maintain awareness of brand inventory levels across all warehouses.

Coordinate with warehouse team on stock allocation and replenishment for each platform.

Prevent overselling by ensuring accurate stock sync and timely updates.

Extract, compile, and verify monthly invoices/bills from each TSP.

Match billing against actual work delivered or platform data.

Assist in preparing payment requests and maintaining documentation.

Product Listing & Content Support

Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and SKU details across platforms.

Upload new products, adjust pricing, update images, and ensure accurate attributes.

Take product photos when needed for new launches or listing improvements.

Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Follow up on packing, shipping, stock movement, returns, and replenishment.

Sales & Performance Tracking

Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance across all e-commerce platforms.

Prepare sales reports, identify issues, and highlight opportunities for improvement.

Monitor platform campaigns, vouchers, and promotions.

Platform Account Management

Communicate with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other platform account managers.

Follow up on platform support requests, campaigns, and platform tools.

Ensure compliance with the platform's latest rules, guidelines, and updates.

Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Female & Male applicants aged 25–38 are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience minimum 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or coordination roles.
  • On-hands experience in working with TSPs or multi-platform management is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and also collaborate with multiple departments.
